Guided by its mission, the Institute aims to be the foundation of charter school authorization in South Carolina. Form An Exploratory Committee

Explore the need for a charter school in your community.

Submit Letter of Intent Application

Submit Letter of Intent to Voorhees University Charter Institute of Learning and South Carolina Department of Education.

Attend New Application Training and Interview

Attend workshops and prepare for new applicate interview.

The Board votes to approve or deny new charter.
